This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed through VKERT and its verified sellers.

By placing an order on VKERT, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Eligibility for Returns

Most items sold on VKERT are eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • In original condition and packaging.
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed (where applicable).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. These include:

  • Opened personal care, health, or hygiene products.

  • Perishable goods (food, supplements, etc.).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Clearance, “Final Sale,” or marked “Non-Returnable” items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your VKERT account.
  • Navigate to Order History → Request Return.
  • Select the item(s) and reason for return (e.g., defective, incorrect, damaged).
  • Upload supporting photos (if applicable).
  • Submit your request for review.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping Labels

VKERT will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible cases, such as:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Item not as described

For returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If a prepaid label is issued, the return must be shipped within 7 business days to remain valid.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, VKERT will:

  • Notify you by email or dashboard update that your return was received.
  • Approve or reject your refund based on inspection results.
  • Issue a refund within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, wallet balance, etc.).

In cases of wallet refunds, funds can be reused for future purchases.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, VKERT can issue a replacement order once the return is approved and inventory is confirmed.
  • Replacements are shipped free of charge for defective or incorrect items.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

7. Seller-Fulfilled Items

For items sold by third-party sellers on VKERT:

  • The seller’s return policy may apply, as shown on the product page.
  • VKERT monitors all seller return requests to ensure compliance and fairness.
  • If a seller fails to process an approved return, VKERT may step in to resolve the issue directly.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the standard timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or card provider, as processing may take several days.
  • If still unresolved, contact support@vkert.com with your order number and return authorization.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach photos or videos showing the issue — this helps us resolve the matter quickly.

You may choose a replacement, credit, or full refund.

10. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

VKERT reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that appear excessive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the original purchase.
  • Suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the return system.

11. Legal Compliance & Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.

Any disputes related to returns or refunds will be handled according to our Terms & Conditions and resolved in Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
