We offer a 30-day return policy on most products.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, you can request a return through your account, and VKERT will handle the process.

How do I become a seller on VKERT?

Simply register on our Become a Seller page.

You’ll receive $5,000 purchase credit instantly to select products from our master inventory.

Do I need to buy inventory before selling?

No. VKERT provides a master inventory — you just select items to list in your store.

We handle stock, packaging, shipping, and delivery for all your orders.

Is there any fee or commission?

No seller fees or commissions.

A small 5% of each sale goes into VKERT’s shared advertising fund, which promotes all stores collectively.

How do I earn profits?

When your customer purchases from your store, VKERT fulfills the order and deducts the product cost.

The remaining profit is credited to your seller wallet.

When do I get paid?

Earnings are paid weekly after each order’s delivery and return period are completed.

Payments are made directly to your wallet or registered bank account.

Who handles shipping and delivery?

VKERT manages the entire logistics process — picking, packing, shipping, and tracking — ensuring professional delivery to every customer.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You can adjust product prices within a recommended range to stay competitive and maximize your profits.

What is the 5% Ad Boost fund?

VKERT automatically reinvests 5% from every sale into collective ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).

This helps bring new buyers and traffic to all VKERT stores.

Can I list my own products later?

Yes. Once your store is active and meets performance criteria, you can apply to list your own products pending approval.

Where is VKERT currently available?

VKERT currently operates across the United States, with upcoming expansion to Europe and the U.K.
